BP-100S Drilling Rig
with diesel motor for travelling
and parallel movement of the feed boom
for the drilling under high or low pressure of the compressed air.

USE

The Drilling Rig is used for drilling of blustholes during underground mining of rocks and auxiliary holes (for ventilation, cable passage, pipelines etc.) with diameters 110, 130, 160 mm with hardness coefficient f=6...20  due to the Protodyakonov rock hardness scale with immersion hammers,  operating the compressed air energy, both low 0,4÷0,63 MPa (4,0÷6,3 кгf/сm2) and high - 1,5÷2,5 MPа (15÷25 kgf/сm2) pressure.

ADVANTAGES OF THE DRILLING RIG

MOBILE DRILLING RIG

  • Completely autonomous work and mobility of the drilling rig thanks to the diesel motor.
  • High manoeuvring ability and mobility of the machine.
  • There is possibility to transport the set of rods.
  • Movable cross beam ensures minimum transport dimensions for confined area of operation.

BROAD POSSIBILITIES OF DRILLING

  • Vertical and inclined parallel holes drilling.
  • Drilling of deep holes (up to 100 m).
  • Drilling in vertical and inclined parallel surfaces.
  • Fan drilling.

HIGH PRECISION DRILLING

  • 4 jack tools for levelling of the rig.
  • Thrust and breakout of the feed boom provide safe fixing in the mining field.
  • High rotation moment of the rotation unit and high feed force
  • Translation movement of the feed boom ensures precise parallelity of the holes.

SAFETY

  • The driver's place is located in the drilling rig.
  • The remote control managing the drilling operations allows the operator to distance from the dangerous zone.
  • Mechanized disassembling of the drill rod without use of wrenches.

PECULIARITIES

Booster pump for increase of the water pressure. Allows to increase the water pressure from the pit main from 2 Bar to 30 Bar.
The air drive of the pump allows regulating of the pump performance from 5 to 30 l/min. Upstream and downstream lines of the pump are protected with the sealing valves.

The working member construction includes also the fixing mechanism and hydrocylinder of the pipe grip which allows to replace the drill bit or dismount the hammer in short period of time.

Reinforced design of the rotation unit.

The bearings of increased hoisting force are used, allowing the perception of loads appearing during the drilling with pneumatic hammers under high pressure compressed air.

The spindle of the rotation unit is equipped with the air sealing for high pressure compressed air. The graphite filling of sealings prolongs the service life of the ball valve.

The design of the drill rig permits connection of the grinding machine due to which you can perform grinding of carbide bit inserts.
